....And so our Mother & Daughter journey begins......

10.02.2010

The count down is here 3, 2, 1

Leaving things to the last minute... No not really. My world is work or away. Nothing in between.
I go-go-go until I can finally run-jump-fly far far away :)

And so our Journey begins....

The flight to Japan was very nice. I was worried that we would not have enough food for 11 hours. Delta said they would been serving lunch only. However, they offered food all the way so we didn't loss any weight yesterday. Although, I got up and walked very hour and a half my feet were not recognizable. Our trip from the airport to the capsule hotel was so hard with our packbacks and little extra bags. We had to take 2 different trains and 1 subway. The language was not so much the problem as the carrying of all are stuff. If we had truely kept to one backpack if would have been OK. After we checked into our "cube" on the 8th floor we went down stairs and had a true Japanese dinner then up to our bath (different) and to bed in the capsule. I had a good night sleep with my 2pills and an Asahi:). The only coffee you can find here is in a machine. That took some doing to figure out black coffee, sugar or cream. only had one mistake. Cost $1.15 for 1/3 cup of coffee :( This morning awaits our adventures.
